Resin printer for extremely fast 3D printing - up to 9157 cm³ per hour
The Solidator 8K Resin printer is an ultra-fast industrial 3D printer based on the latest MSLA technology.
It achieves a printing speed of up to 9,157 cm³ per hour with a layer thickness of 200 µm or 4,197 cm³ per hour with a layer thickness of 100 µm. This makes it around 20 times faster than conventional FDM printers and 10 times faster than conventional SLA or DLP 3D printers.

Resin printer for reliable and ultra-fast production of functional parts
The Solidator 8K resin printer was developed for industrial series production. In combination with Solidator Functional Resin, stable, durable components are created that:
- have higher tensile, bending and scratch resistance than PA12 (polyamide)
- simultaneously offer high impact resistance & flexibility for click and snap connections
- can be printed as finished functional parts in record time
This resin printer is therefore perfect for companies that want to produce prototypes, final components or small series quickly, cost-effectively and in high material quality.

Advantages of our 3D printing process with large 3D printer
Resin printer with MSLA - maximised throughput per shift
As an MSLA resin printer, the Solidator 8K exposes each layer completely in a single step. In contrast, other processes expose each layer in several steps:
- SLA printer (laser scores layer by layer → slower)
- FDM printer (nozzle moves off paths → even slower)
- SLS systems (powder bed process, high material costs)
Thanks to mask exposure, this resin printer achieves the highest possible throughput - especially for large components. In addition, the Solidator is the largest industrial resin printer without a perforated printing plate, which further improves the surface quality.

Resin printer for maximum surface quality
The surface quality of MSLA resin 3D printers is comparable to laser-based SLA 3D printers. Compared to FDM and SLS processes, this resin printer delivers significantly finer and more uniform results. The LCD mask technology also enables a particularly high native sharpness - even higher than with many DLP systems. As a result, it produces extremely smooth, detailed and precise surfaces, which in most cases do not require extensive post-processing.

Synthetic resins for functional parts

The printing process is particularly well suited for rigid materials. With the materials specially produced for the Solidator 8K industrial 3D printer, it is also possible to produce very large functional parts cost- and time-efficiently. The Solidator is a large industrial 3D printer that comes with its own range of materials.
Resin printer with optimised material consumption & minimised costs
Conventional SLA resin 3D printers require a completely filled resin tank. With the Solidator 8K, this would be more than 24 litres of resin. The Solidator 8K resin printer, on the other hand, uses:
- only 800 ml basic fill level
- Automatic refilling of used material only
- Drastically lower production costs
- Less waste, less cleaning effort
The reduction in material tank volume results in significant cost savings. The large material tank is often a disadvantage with a classic SLA 3D printer with a large build volume, as this would already contain over 24 litres of material in the case of the Solidator 8K. Resin 3D printers that use the classic top-down stereolithography process still require this material supply and are therefore not an economical solution for most users. Industrial 3D printers with synthetic resin that work according to the bottom-up process have clear advantages here. This resin printer is therefore more economical than classic SLA or SLS industrial solutions.
Resin printers with lower acquisition costs than DLP & SLS
This resin printer combines the MSLA LCD mask technology:
- Higher precision than many DLP systems
- Lower acquisition costs
- No expensive laser or projector wear and tear
- Best price-performance efficiency in industrial 3D printing

Resin printer + high-performance materials for maximum functionality
The Solidator resins have been specially developed for high-speed, high-volume 3D printing.
In addition, the resin printer supports validated materials from our material partners BASF and Henkel, for which Solidator 8K has been validated.

GPU-accelerated slicer with automatic support structure generation
Solidator Studio X is the professional all-in-one software for preparing models, creating support structures and GPU-accelerated slice calculation. Print settings for our materials are already stored in the software for optimal 3D printing results. This allows you to quickly and easily prepare 3D models to print on the Solidator 8K. Solidator Studio X supports Windows 7/8/10/11 operating systems.

Modern touch-controlled stand-alone 3D printing
The Solidator has an integrated touch-enabled computer for printing without cables. You don't need a PC next to the resin printer. Transfer your print files to the 3D printer via USB, Lan or W-Lan. The modern HTML5 web interface helps you to organise and monitor your prints. This means that the industrial resin printer does not have to be set up directly at your workplace.

True Plug & Play - immediately printable
Fully assembled - Factory setting: Z-Calibration - Fine-tuned settings for each of our resins. Solidator offers a complete ecosystem to ensure you get the best possible results: Hardware, software, resin and support from a single source.
Trust of our customers from the industry
From the first prototype to large-scale production, being able to get support, materials and parts in time is crucial.
