3D printed objects in BASF Ultracur3D RG 3280

Ultracur3D® RG 3280 is the first composite material to be included in our rigid product line. Due to the high loading of ceramic particles, this material has an extremely high stiffness of about 10 GPa and an HDT B of over 280°C. With these outstanding properties, Ultracur3D® RG 3280 occupies a special position among our other resins. In addition, despite the high particle loading, the viscosity is low and particle settling is limited, making this resin very easy to handle and print. Its high stiffness and temperature resistance make it the perfect material for tooling, moulding and wind tunnel testing.

The material has a white, ceramic-like colour and feel.
