tangible engineering presents the industry-proven, ultra-fast, large-format resin 3D printer Solidator 3+
tangible engineering GmbH, a leading manufacturer of innovative 3D printers and materials, introduces the industry-proven Solidator 3+ "Made in Germany" resin 3D printer. Building on the success of Solidator 3.0, Solidator 3+ and the Solidator Functional Resin material are optimised for large end-use parts produced in record time. The proven reliability in large industrial printers and the extreme dimensional accuracy of the parts as well as the tensile strength of the materials speak for themselves.
The Solidator Functional Resin is much more tensile, stiff and scratch resistant than polyamide (PA12) used in SLS, but still offers sufficient impact strength and flexibility for snap fit designs and excellent surface finish. It is now also the highest speed material on the Solidator 3+.
Solidator 3+ offers a huge build volume of 345 x 194 x 400 mm and Z- resolutions between 30-100 microns and XY resolution of 90 microns. The printer has an automatic refill system that can work with 5-kg canisters. The new version further increases build speed by 20% to 2363 cc/hour (144 inch³/hour) with Solidator Functional Resin, which has a tensile strength of 66 MPa (9572 psi).
The available materials target the printer's use in mechanical engineering, industrial end-use parts, architecture and dental applications.
Solidator 3+ printer units as well as the Solidator Cure Box for post-curing are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch.
