STUTTGART, GERMANY 26 August 2020: The industry-proven Solidator 3.0 large-surface resin 3D printer is now generally available

Resin 3D printer Solidator 3.0 doubles the native resolution from 1920 x 1200 to 3840 x 2160 pixels (4K), resulting in an XY resolution of 90 microns. In addition, the height of the Z-axis has been doubled from 200 mm to 400 mm, resulting in a huge build volume of 345 x 194 x 400 mm. The printer supports Z-layer heights of 30, 60 and 100 microns. The automatic resin refill system with support for 5kg resin canisters enables uninterrupted printing of large prints. The speed of this printer by build volume is up to 1948 cm³ / hour - depending on the resin used.

In addition to these significant improvements to the hardware, we have further expanded the range of materials and now offer clear, white and grey resins as well as dental model resins for this printer. These materials allow the printer to be used in architectural and dental applications in addition to the stable materials for industrial use. After 1 year of intensive industrial testing under 24 h / 5 days operating conditions, we are pleased to announce the general availability of the Solidator 3.0. The devices are in stock and ready for immediate despatch.
